Every TONE & TOTES bag is printed just for you after you order, so please allow a little extra time.

Processing time
Your tote is usually printed and packed within 2–5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays).

Shipping times and rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: $4.69 — usually arrives 3–8 business days after it ships
- Express shipping: $11.99 — faster delivery (phone number required at checkout)

International shipping
We ship worldwide for $12.49. International orders usually arrive in 10–20 business days after shipping. Any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders
During busy seasons like Halloween and the holidays, printing and delivery can take longer. Order early if you need your tote by a certain date!
